A LITTLE CARL JUNG & CHRISTIANITY

Purported academic elite, intellectuals and others always get the headlines of many of the sciences disproving God. Herr Fauci, or who I refer to as our eras Josef Rudolf Mengele, produced a virus, made us wear masks, stand six feet apart, shut down schools, churches, and travel, and interrupted life…why? In the name of science? Heck, that war coward Tampon Timmy had cops in the streets shooting paintballs at people unmasked on the porches of their homes. They all got away with it because we were told to obey the science. Quite frankly, I never did nor did we shut down our church—mainly because I am indeed curious and not a stupid herded goat like most of humanity. Well, being a theologian, philosopher, and having a critical mind, I never fell for the charade. Now, I have never thought about this—but Carl Jung once wrote: “Empaths are not healers, but awakeners.” It is someone who can sense and feel all of the emotions through space and time.
He was 84 years old. Probably the greatest psychologist of the 20th century. The BBC sat him in his lakeside home in Switzerland. The interviewer leaned in and asked the question: “Do you believe in God?”
Jung paused. Looked into the camera. And said: “I don’t need to believe. I know.” That answer detonated. Letters poured into the BBC. People couldn’t stop talking about it. A man who had spent his entire life studying the human mind through pure science declared — at the end of his life — that he didn’t believe in God.
He knew.
But here’s what most people don’t know.
Jung kept a secret journal for over 16 years. Filled with visions, drawings, conversations with inner figures from the depths of his own psyche. He called it the Red Book. It was kept locked in a Swiss bank vault for almost 50 years after his death. His family refused to release it.
When it was finally published in 2009 — scholars described it as one of the most important spiritual documents of the 20th century. He coined the terms collective unconscious, archetype, shadow and synchronicity. Every modern conversation about consciousness owes its language to him. He lived through what he called his own confrontation with the unconscious — visions so intense he thought he was losing his mind. He came back convinced of one thing.
Even Jung realized through scientific approach in his studies, psychology, and philosophical analysis that there indeed is a God. As Christians or almost Christians, we really have the ability to know more because of the Scripture and prayerful study.
There is a deeper layer of consciousness operating in every human alive. And direct experience of it is available to anyone willing to do the inner work.
Jung didn’t believe. He knew. Because he had been there. We should all know better—stop being lazy. You see, in my exhaustive studies of history, theology, sociology, and psychology I always seek truth—and that truth can only be known in God through Jesus and not trends of society. Somehow TRUTH has become a radical right wing concept. Every time I speak truth, logic, or common sense I am labeled with some ad hominem grade school name-calling lacking intellect, creativity, or substance. I just laugh.
Satan has twisted things so badly through our education, or rather public school and university indoctrination, that being a Christian conservative is evil. This Manichean Division is this constant conflict between perceived good and evil. Satan presents concepts as reason, progress, even so-called education (or as I stated—indoctrination) and anyone who opposes them is against all good things. This has gained a foothold in the church that started in the very beginning of organized religion. This progressive view desires people like me to be removed because I stand against the status quo of emotion—the feel good people out there.
Let me give you an example, I stand against racism, or in this case anti-racism that says all white people are bad—essentially woke critical theory, or that a woman is defined by her biology—then I am against transgenderism. There is little to no discussion or even intellectual debate from the progressive left and we simply get erased. This is cultural and even religious totalitarianism—the left executes exactly what they accuse the conservatives of. This, of course is an assault against individual freedom, and I contend that the only true freedom comes through a relationship with Jesus leading to God as influenced by the Holy Spirit.
When the woke progressives in both society and theology deny reason, reality, thinking, and engagement with an idea, then they are denying reason itself. Anthropologically, we are supposed to be in a heightened state of awareness, yet we are societally more ignorant than ever before. True faith has become unreasonable to the unreasonable because it requires faith, a true relationship, historical knowledge, and theological discipline that it no longer taught in the church that focuses on money and emotion. We are in a theological dissonant world of emotional unreason. All of this erodes our freedom in Christ.
All of the words of the Scripture point to a need for civilized and moral behavior in the world, yet we are shifting more and more to a manner that allows for sin, crime, and lame excuses with no responsibility. Read your history, heck, read your Bible—each and every time our world became too hedonistic, too arrogant, lacking knowledge, or too nihilistic these all caused a “black swan event.” Right now, we are sitting in the cascading effect of evil’s mission creep. Stand by, its coming, be ready.
