BEING A PROGRESSIVE WOKE VERSUS BEING A TRUE CHRISTIAN

Heart surgery went very well, thank God. Doctor Yurovich my cardiologist here at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois had amazing bedside manner, was attentive, and kept me informed the entire time. I tried to joke around with him as that is my way of coping with the unknown, but being a stoic Russian I have a feeling that his joy may be listening to Rachmaninov while reading Solzhenitsyn’s “Gulag Archipelago” over a hot bowl of borsch—he never got any of my jokes and just gave me that “what the heck is wrong with you” look, but he is sharp and I am thankful.
Rudyard Kipling said it best in his, “The Battle of East and West” poem when he wrote, “Never the twain shall meet.” Being woke is so fundamentally different than being Christian, as such being progressive woke is fundamentally un-American as it counters the philosophical Christian foundation of the world’s longest lasting, codified, Constitutional Republic. Of course, Kipling was talking about the deep chasms and cultural divides between the British Empire (the civilized west) and the colonized nations of the east. He concludes this portion with an important point, that honor, courage, and tenacity of spirit can transcend cultural boundaries when met face to face with the woke emotional hyperbole versus fact; and right now hyperbole is winning against fact and logic in both government and religion. This is why I do what I do as we ALL require introspective analysis of who and what we are and what we claim to be. Always try to remember that those who express fear and hate for people or ideas (sin excluded) only actually have fear and hate for their inner selves and failures—an exploitable characteristic. I do not fear nor do I hate anyone or their free idea to debate me intelligently.
I get a TON of hate speech, unactual, unsupportable, ad hominem threats when I speak out against the “woke” agenda and the demise of organized religion’s performance art; and I stand solely on Biblical truth and principle …especially false teachers in the pulpit and political leaders who promise but don’t deliver!
Let’s analyze this from the three perspectives of: one, METHODOLOGY; two, FRIEND/ENEMY DISTINCTION; and, three, PERPETUATING FEAR and SUSPICION MENTALITY. All of these support the insurgency goal of divide and conquer and Satan’s same goals of denominational tolerance over Scriptural truth for NOT tolerating sin—this equals division.
The METHODOLOGY of being “woke” is grounded in this bizarre Machiavellian view of the societies. As per Machiavelli’s written rules for life, it is okay to lie and distort, in order to successfully play the bad fox raiding the chicken coop, all done to gain power. Once these manipulators have the power, they keep the power and never relinquish it. They will just smile at the masses maintaining power while they eat a once free public alive. Again, read Orwell’s 1984 and Animal Farm again, and while you’re at it, read The Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith—heck read anything, starting with your Bible. In the “woke” world, power is all that matters for the elite ruling class. The quintessential statement of psychopathy is that power is only given to those bold enough to seek it and seize it by ANY method—lie, cheat, steal. For example, recent selections of Islamic socialists is without a doubt a black swan event to our western culture.
Whereas, in true Christianity our methodology is very different as all power and glory go to God, by, through and with Jesus. We do not have greed, we readily give to the poor and needy—not the lazy. We believe in marriage, families, and hard work. No denomination, no wealthy pastors, no money, we just simply willingly give of ourselves and relinquish all power and ego to God in our lives.
In “woke” world, and I would contend in organized woke religion, there is an approach of “friend-enemy” distinction. This is where “woke” and so-called “Christianity” tend to meld. Woke tribalism and rabid denominationalism, both fueled by money and false teachers simply creates philosophical and theological enemies and both the “woke” and so-called Christians are too smooth-brained to see it. It is not always clear who exactly the enemy is, we just know that we have a foe because some power broker told us so. How intellectually weak is that? In both “woke” and organized religion, it requires alliances. In “woke” world, no one cares about laws, the Constitution, or civilized, disciplined society, essentially a break with all as we know it. The same applies to “church” as there is no desire or compulsion to follow Scripture and the commands of Jesus—this woke brand of Christian is Scripturally stupid and emotional. Everything taught is love and tolerance instead of redemptive change. Both have the same approach—money, control, power, and influencing the ignorant masses that their tribe/denomination is the right one just to continue the influx of money, control, power, and continuing to dumb down their populations. This is a deep friend-enemy complex. Its either one or the other and you need to have your IFF switched on.
The last element dividing “woke” from Scriptural Christianity is perpetuating fear and suspicion that everything is rigged against them and they are the ONLY entity to truly bring this sense of true freedom. People get stuck in their denomination or their church, and there is NO other safe place where one can feel or have a personal relationship with God. Again, another shared characteristic as everyone in the “woke” category wants to be artificially free within the sub-context of their tribe. The same applies with religious denominations. I can say that there is much more unity within Christian denominations (I don’t consider any of the cults like Mormonism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, heck, pick an “ism” and others as non-Christian—simply cults) as the unifying factor is solely Jesus and the cross. As for major issues being “rigged” against them, both play into this problem set. MY church is better and more right than yours, MY party is better and more right than yours—hence the friend/enemy friction. These are junior high antics in the adult world.
“Woke” is emotionally forced and coerced and yet true Christianity ideally is a personal choice to serve God with your all—except the denominations who want money, control, and power. There is nothing Scriptural about a woke welfare state, rather Jesus preached and taught a work ethic. Giving to others and limited only to what we give to government sadly fraught with fraud, waste and abuse. Jesus was not a socialist, communist, or capitalist—He was a Jew and the first Christian and commanded us to act in His manner—not the government, but each of us freely. Jesus spoke a great deal about love AND hate, good AND evil, Heaven AND hell. Success means to follow His commands versus failure in following the woke trends in both society and organized religion. I have yet to read a Scripture on raising the minimum wage to enhance and sustain economic growth. This is equal to prosperity theology where a priest, pastor, or preacher demands more and they will be more blessed. Such a fallacious and non-Scriptural argument. The same is with taxation from government that gives us so little representation, yet the dumbed down emotional masses sit in awe of some well-designed speech or sermon that is meaningless.
Today’s church in no way reflects the churches established by the apostles—identity politics and prevailing wokeness including countless programs for this or that make people prefer the programs over the learning of the Scripture. Today’s woke social government is a far cry from the Founding Father’s design for our great republic. People vote for programs never meant to be or intended by the Framers. So, I ask, has the church become just like the government where the news agencies are truly just the preachy talking heads of Washington D.C., what I refer to as Hollywood for corpulent ugly people? Washington tells us that abortion is okay, and the church follows suit. Washington tells us that alternative lifestyles are healthy and okay, and again, the church follows in lockstep. Read the words of Jesus in John chapter 17 and remember, we are NOT to be like this world. Paul reiterates this strong premise in Romans 2—we are to be separate from the world. Read your Bible…don’t pick and choose what fits what YOU want, rather follow what God wants…attend a church where you learn something amazing and new from the Scripture—its important.
Don’t kid yourself, if you have any clue of anthropology or history, woke equals socialism that transcends to communism that transcends to the absolute destruction of free exercise of religion and Christianity. I will be really curious to see the faces of all of the woke Americans when they sit and watch Islam trample every ounce of feminism and liberalism in our country—enjoy your burkha’s liberal white women. I will give you Isaiah 13:11 with vigor, “I will punish the world for its evil and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant, and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless.”
I know, this sounds crazy, but think about this—human feces contains roughly 100 billion to 1 trillion bacteria, roughly 75% water and only 25% matter…that is what the majority of so-called Christianity is putting out on a daily basis from the pulpit. I recommend that you don’t eat it…and that is why emotional religion and progressive, Godless politics just can’t sustain free life.
So, for those who disagree and I consider “outsiders,” what is your position on this obviously foreign to you intelligent and educated discourse? Quite frankly, I don’t wish to be in a plebian social class to anyone from the Pope or denominational edict or to the progressive democratic socialists/communists. I serve God and no man. Goats or sheep—you pick.
